Frequently Asked Questions
Why use an aisle runner?
An aisle runner adds a regal atmosphere & is truly the classic centerpiece of the wedding ceremony. Incorporating a non-slip aisle runner into your event is not only stylish, but is the perfect way to beautify the walkway for the bride, enhance the wedding photographs, & even protecting the bride's gown.
What are your runners made of?
Our non-slip aisle runners are made from a polyester/cotton blend fabric with an exclusive backing guaranteed not to slip, making it completely safe.
How wide are your runners?
Our runners are made from 44" wide cotton/poly blend fabric. Available in any length, starting at 20' and increasing in 10' increments up to 100'. Custom lengths are available by request.
What is your pricing like?
For Pricing on any kind of runner please call Rae (850) 712-9221 for a quote.
How far in advance should I order?
Order as soon as possible to ensure on-time delivery for your event. We generally need the following time guidelines:
-Four weeks for solids
-Five to six weeks for custom/monogrammed orders
During the summer busy season, custom orders should be placed asap to avoid rush fees.
What colors are available?
Fabric colors can be viewed on the products page of the website. Paint colors, themes, & invitation designs can be matched. We can personalize your aisle runner to match your initial monogram, scripture, wedding date, phrase, or accent that matches your wedding theme.
Are fabric swatches available?
Yes, swatches are available & free of charge.
Do you ship world-wide?
We generally ship only to the continental United States. Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii or international locations can be quite costly, and most brides find it cost prohibitive.
How do I install my runner?
We recommend a pre-install of your aisle runner so it looks perfect! Roll out your runner & rope off the aisle with ribbon so guests will not walk on it prior to the ceremony. Have your ushers seat guests from the outside. If this is not possible, install runner once everyone is seated before the procession starts.
Can the aisle runner be used outdoors?
Yes, aisle runners can be used on grass, cement, wooden decks, sand, etc.
Are your aisle runners really non-slip?
Yes, our exclusive non-slip coating on the back of our runners prevents all slippage. Our runners remain flat & "bunch"-free once placed on the surface.
Are your aisle runners washable?
Yes, they can be machine-washed & spot cleaned. If your aisle runner is extremely long, we recommend professional cleaning. If the aisle runner has been custom-painted then we recommend spot-clean only, do not dry clean.
How do I get a quote for a custom aisle runner?
